1. Understanding Your Rights

This warranty gives you specific rights under Indian law. You may also have additional rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

2. Warranty Coverage

Atom Repairs (“we”, “our”, “us”) warrants that:

All repairs and services performed on Apple devices, and
All refurbished products, spare parts, and accessories sold by Atom Repairs

are free from defects in materials and workmanship when used normally, for the period stated on your invoice or service receipt (up to 1 year).

3. What’s Covered

✅ Defects in replacement parts due to faulty materials or workmanship
✅ Malfunctions arising from Atom Repairs’ service procedures
✅ Functional issues in refurbished devices during normal use within the warranty period

4. What’s Not Covered

❌ Accidental or liquid damage, misuse, or external causes
❌ Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading)
❌ Damage from third-party repairs or components
❌ Software or data issues, OS updates, or jailbroken/rooted devices
❌ Consumables (e.g., batteries, protective films) that wear out normally
❌ Devices with tampered serial numbers or removed warranty seals

Atom Repairs is not responsible for data loss or reinstallation of software after service.

5. Your Responsibilities

Before service:

Back up your data
Remove passcodes and Find My iPhone (FMI)
Provide a valid proof of purchase or service invoice

Atom Repairs will not be liable for data or privacy loss during service.

6. How We Resolve Warranty Claims

If a defect arises within your warranty period, Atom Repairs will, at its discretion:

Repair the affected part using certified components, or
Replace it with an equivalent part or refurbished unit, or
Offer a partial or full refund of the original service fee or product price.

Repaired or replacement items carry the remaining warranty period or a minimum of 90 days, whichever is longer.

Carry-in service: Visit our service center.
Mail-in service: Ship your device safely to our facility (instructions will be provided).

Atom Repairs may modify the service method depending on part availability and location.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Atom Repairs is not liable for:

Data loss or corruption
Business interruption, loss of income, or indirect damages
Any incidental or consequential losses

This limitation does not apply to cases involving death, injury, or proven negligence.

9. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

10. General Terms

No employee or agent of Atom Repairs may modify this warranty.
If any clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses remain enforceable.
